Good morning all, I'm really happy to see a DBM Thread, I was on the staff for many years re-translating the English version for Salagir. I'm still technically part of the staff, but am no longer credited because I have not performed my duties in quite some times due to fatherhood/adulthood and many other life distractions. I go in there every now and then and submit some corrections before they're released, but I gotta say, this is THE BEST fan made Dragon Ball Manga I've ever seen, if it weren't, I probably would not have experienced enough interest in it to be on the the Team. In fact, I think it may have been this very thread that I told Salagir years ago that I loved the manga but that the English translations were terrible lol. He responded to be stating something like "Do you think you can do better?", I told him I could and he put me in the staff lol that was many years ago, I hope he is doing well, I have to catch up, I've missed out on this for about a month I believe, some of it related to hurricane Irma.

You mean the ghost one? On page 890 Raichi states the ghosts are stronger than the originals.

Piccolo states that if Super Saiyan 2 U13 Vegeta weren't wounded he still wouldn't be guaranteed to beat powered up Cell Jr.

Meaning non powered up Cell Jr is probably slightly below SS2 Vegeta U13. And that Vegeta is weaker than Majin Vegeta/SS2 Goku Buu saga.

Cell Jr II is probably the weakest SS2 we have ever seen. One Junior is much weaker than the other too. Not sure about the newest 2.

How much potential a Junior has to be bought out by the majin seal is anyones guess. I don't think he'd be stronger than Majin Vegeta though, maybe equal now instead of under.

Goten is a high super saiyan one, he's going down for sure but not in one hit.
