Probably not, since his ears are the Freeza-like rounded/boxy shielded kind rather than being big pointy Namekian ears.

I'm guessing the sensitivity to high-pitched sounds was removed along with other weaknesses of Cell's DNA sources (like how grabbing a Saiyan's tail hurts/paralyzes them, and how none of the species he's made up of -- except Freeza's race -- can survive in space.) He was intended to be "perfect," after all, and glaring weaknesses don't really fit with that concept. Except, of course, the weakness of assuming he's automatically the strongest just because he's meant to be "perfect"... though since this Cell trained and got even stronger beyond his "Super Perfect" state, he's probably outgrown that problem somewhat.

Bye Majin Piccolo, I'm curious, if Super Perfect Cell can use zenkai, in series that concept rarely worked anymore in Cell Saga (Saiyans didnt get stronger, Cell did)

Seems like here transformations happen instantly, otherwise i doubt Kaioshin would just sit and wait until Ginyu-Cold finish transforming

I still can't believe Kakarot is immortal. The Namekians died before giving Freeza anything, but supposedly in Kakarot's universe they trusted the Saiyans?
