Coolers Revenge Blu Ray (U.S Audio) Question

I just wanted to know if anyone who has the blu ray of Coolers Revenge know if they fixed the audio issue that was on the re-released DVD?

What I mean by that is all the songs in the U.S broadcast audio play a few seconds early and it throws the whole thing off. There was also that weird Korin redubbed line by a totally different VA for his last line. I have the original DVD with the original U.S audio but the picture quality isn't the best.
