Let's use real world terms and definitions in our DB explanations then get all pissy when someone more knowledgeable about that subject says that's not how it works.jjgp1112 wrote:Let's try to apply real world logic to Dragon Ball!

Yajirobe is so awesome that he needs to be shown twice .Rory wrote:Inconsistancy/that's plain fucking dumb thread!
Simple thread, something that really bothers you about Dragonball, that you want to share with everybody else (let's stick to one problem per person).
I'll start!
Let's put Yajirobe on the spine of Dragonball TWICE , for no reason!!
You won't unsee it.
Ok guys, your turn!
Let's just create 3 different time lines that contradict each other in the cell saga

Let's make Mr. Satan the savior of the world. Let him defeat Cell and Majin Buu, then make a hotel in his honor with a name longer than the span of GT! :p
... Well, about the savior thing, Toriyama did say he liked Mr. Satan the most in his Dragon Box introduction. Maybe that's why he lasted such a long time in Z and wound up being friends with people who do magic tricks!

An interviewer asks, "The soundtrack in Sonic 3 has become legendary. Is it true that you worked with Michael Jackson on it?" Takashi Iizuka kills all of our hopes and dreams by replying, "You know, those are just rumors, and SEGA does not want to say anything about them. So they will forever be just rumors..." WHY!?

"Let's use a bathroom as a frame for our third Broly movie!"
1. A human skin cell survives in the bottom of the bathtub.
2. It mutates into a new human in the bathtub (this is the dope speaking)
3. Meanwhile, a fierce battle goes in in the sink.
4. The water starts to pour in the bathtub.
5. Since Broly is evil and thus a witch, the water will make him to melt! But he is maximum so he doesn't die.
6. Oh, oh, the water flows over from the tub! People start to die!
7. Here comes the towels and stop the water and all the excess water kills Broly.
Now, let's change some of the words into something cool and sci-fi:
1. A cell of Broly's survives on the Earth.
2. It mutates into a new Broly in a lab.
3. Meanwhile, a fierce battle goes in an arena.
4. The water starts to pour in the lab.
5. Since Broly is evil and biological, the radioactive ooze will make him to melt! But he is maximum so he doesn't die.
6. Oh, oh, the ooze flows over from the tanks! People start to die!
7. Here comes the water and stop the ooze and all the excess water kills Broly.
That's how I think that they worked.

Here's another one:
Let's cry because Bruce Faulconer's dub track is missing on the American Dragon Box!

While I agree it's silly, fuel to the fire is not a good idea. Especially with the fact that it'll only prove the above comments true.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Let's rap about the "Lost Episodes" of GT!

Let's emphasize Gohan's latent power, then make him a weak school teacher, as well as nerfing Goten who became a Super Saiyajin at age 7, thereby nerfing Goku's offspring completely!
Seriously. How retarded is Toei for making Goten even weaker than Gohan?
Let's spend 50,000 episodes on finding the Dragon Balls on Namek!
Let's design more than two Super Saiyajin levels!
Let's waste King Cold's potential!
Let's overuse Genki Dama!
Let's create 15 billion Dragon Ball games, but only make four of them any good!
Let's create ridiculously annoying characters that get way too much credit and time in the series? (Mr. Satan and Kuririn, I'm looking at you)
Let's let 13 years of consistent fandom and demand for new content to go by without starting a new series! (Kai doesn't count, okay.)

Judging from his avatar, I think he was talking about Tenshinhan in the Saiyan arc. I'll agree with him on that.Rocketman wrote:Important how? DB was more Goku-focused than GT.Zuhalter2000 wrote:"How bout we give important DB characters the shaft in DBZ!?"
