Haha, and it took me forever to get it all and cost a fortune naturally.Arale Norimaki wrote:Pretty much ALL of this looks really tempting..

How much do you want for the Androids, Imperfect Cell, Perfect Cell, and Cell Games Sagas? Please keep the price below $100 thats all I can afford for now.

I edited my earlier post with the pictures and I added prices for everything. Take a look and perhaps we can make a deal.Choice195 wrote:How much do you want for the Androids, Imperfect Cell, Perfect Cell, and Cell Games Sagas? Please keep the price below $100 thats all I can afford for now.

Hey I still have most of the set that's opened I can make you a deal on. I just think since most the stuff is sealed it should hold some collector's value.Choice195 wrote:Holy Fuck!, $90 for the Cell Games, No thank you.

That's true but, there's so many new releases of Dragonball Z, and those Singles Boxsets aren't so valuable now that the Remastered Sets, and Dragonboxes are out.disturbed001 wrote:Hey I still have most of the set that's opened I can make you a deal on. I thought of that too. I just hope that since they are the first English release they might have some collector value or something. I just hate to sell for less than what I paid to get all these. What do you think it's worth, if it were you selling them?

To be honest, Looking at some Amazon sellers, I would range it between $5 - $30.disturbed001 wrote:What do you think it's worth, if it were you selling them?

Re: A Disturbing Sale...
I dunno, I mean just the last DVD, "Nightmare's End" brand new on Amazon doesn't go for cheaper than $27, and I have all but 2 DVDs in that set brand new, and with the box to hold them all...Choice195 wrote:To be honest, Looking at some Amazon sellers, I would range it between $5 - $30.disturbed001 wrote:What do you think it's worth, if it were you selling them?

Man, those old VHS tapes had badass spine images. Shame they're dub-only.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Re: A Disturbing Sale...
Unless you absolutely must have the FUNi single boxsets new, I'd advise you to buy them used. Check out any used DVD stores (or bookstores since they usually sell DVDs too) in your area. I was able to find various boxsets for 15-45 dollars each. The non-box set versions of single dics are way more common, but not every saga was released in boxset form so you can buy some of those without worrying about the boxes. If that fails, get into the habit of checking eBay every day or so. Sometimes you'll get lucky.Choice195 wrote:That's true but, there's so many new releases of Dragonball Z, and those Singles Boxsets aren't so valuable now that the Remastered Sets, and Dragonboxes are out.
