All of the screenshots are too blurry and darkened whereas when you compare to Kai you'll actually see the details there and also it's unblurred.
Take Gohan's chest (1st shot screens) you can barely see on FUNimation's remaster because of how blackened it is.
FUNimation also done something similar to this back in 2010 with their digitally remastered Dragon Ball: The Legend of Shen Long on DVD.

It's really sad to watch people being f'd and still happy and grateful...I'm glad that I didn't spend more time on this idiotic campaign. 99% of Dragon Ball fans are hopeless, ignorant, arrogant, uneducated, passive, selfish and lazy people with a slave mentality and lack of taste. Trying to convince them is a pure time wasting. I decided to work on my own and I never expected that I will achieve THAT much. At this point, I don't need anything from FUNimation.

You're absolutely right. Kai is really not terrible and I don't like the background music. I've got the Saga Sets for DB, Dragon Box Z 1-7 + Levels 1.1-1.2 for Z and the Singles for GT so I'm satisfied with it. I don't need nor want to re-buy a release unless it's actually better than the one(s) I own.
I'm done buying Dragon Ball shows for now (until 2015 when TFC are released) and with that, I'll be purchasing Kill La Kill Collector's Edition Blu-ray Part 1/3 (the pilot episode is awesome!).
I oun all the season blu-rays so far and I am very pleased with them for the most part. It's not a perfect release but what release is. I thing people on here are being over critical. Picture? It's not very good but the Japanese audio if it's similar to the one on the Level Blu-rays then it's much better than what was on the Dragon Boxes Z.Martinrock wrote:Both picture quality and sound are just terrible. To be fair, the show/series has been over for almost 17 years at this point. There isn't much else to talk about with the rare exception of a new movie or something.
