I had this toy alongside a Ginyu one. Lol.

A bad toy that I had was with Goku. One base firm and the other Super Saiyan. They had removable sorts and the Super Saiyan one also had removable hair.
Reminds me of a certain fansite for all things Trunks. >_> ;)

I never did collect anything outside of the super battle collection (I think that's what they were called?). I even had the giant golden Oozaru. Those were all pretty good I thought though. Some of these are hilarious!

Oh my god, Buff Beers is the 2nd most hilarious DB toy I've ever seen, right behind Broly reading shocking news from an invisible newspaper.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

That Beerus actually has a few more "Relatives" if you can call them that.

These are all the ones from Mexico that I own. The transparent purple figures have a button on their back which activates multicolored lights installed into their chests.

Image

The two at the front are about 6 - 7 inches tall, the middle two are about 8 inches and the one at the back is about 10 inches tall.

I still need to buy these figures from Argentina and add them to my (growing) Beerus family.

Indeed. Here's a closer and clearer picture.

Image

Only issue I have with it is that it doesn't scale well to Figuarts. However, one of the ones from Argentina may just be.

Image

For the Mexican ones, you can usually pick them up for about $10 USD each and then whatever shipping turns out to be for you. It's never usually over $20 USD shipped unless you get into a bidding war with other people. Mexican bootlegs are a real charm to own, especially since most of them are mainly original sculpts.

That Goku looks pretty goodly done but I personally dislike fully articulated figures so I'd pass on that.

Check these two out:

This one's in the middle. Love Goku's face.

Majin Boo looks very good but good god the hell did they do to Vegeta?!
