Unfortunately, Tate's art was really unpolished this episode, but his animation was as good as ever, at least! Hopefully next time we see him, he'll have had more time to polish the art.

Yeah it was even bad at points, I just hope its a sign that they are putting some pre-production into the next arc.

His certainly done better stuff on the series, even though a lot of my examples are from the movies, he also did a lot of great work on the series. His probably my favourite DB animator.

His since moved onto One Piece, his a chief animation supervisor, or just supervisor, key animator and character designer. Though his not as good as he used to be on Z, he'd probably be a good choice for character designer on Super. While I find Yamamuro to be stale, and Shimanuki to be stiff, I think Kazuya could live up to the role.
His noteable work on One Piece(not as good as his work on Z in my opinion)
