Where does this come from?

It's the “Dragon Ball Original Extra Large Poster” that was initially given away to entrants who bought Daizenshuu 5 or 6. A smaller fold-out version was included in the final Daizenshuu volume, TV Animation Part 3.

As MadSpecialist said, it was an exclusive poster created specifically as a reward for those that had purchased the Daizenshuu. You can read more about it on this page (3rd paragraph) on the main website.

The image you linked to is the smaller foldout poster that was included in the "TV Animation Part 3" supplemental Daizenshuu. Below is a picture of the larger exclusive poster that was given away to fans.
