Daizenshū and Chōzenshū font sizes?

I am thinking of getting one of these databook sets depending on which are easier to come by and their font sizes. It always seems to me that Japanese printed materials are always in smaller fonts, even though the writing style is more complex by default. Does one set have larger fonts than another? Are there digital alternatives?
