Malaysian
If you're already aware of the Malaysian Dub movies, you'll probably know that episodes have never been thought to exist, until now!

Soppa Saiyjins from Dorgou Ballru Zetto is my favorite transformation everah, especially when Trounksoru did it in front of Seru and when Bejita did it when he faced Jingonigen-hachigo. But for real, I use the FUNi pronunciation. - Soppa Saia People

If you can, providing a clip or two would be great.
The Speedy logo on the packaging almost guarantees this isn't the Ocean dub, unless these are fake.eledoremassis02 wrote:arent these the Ocean dub episodes?? Looking at the cover and logo they seem like thet might be?

These are definitely just the Ocean Dub episodes distributed by Speedy. Nothing different compared to the regular English releases.NitroEX wrote:If you can, providing a clip or two would be great.

If that's true then it's news to me, I had no idea they distributed other dubs first. I don't really get why they would go from that arrangement to dubbing it themselves unless they couldn't afford Funimation's sublicense or something.Gonstead wrote: These are definitely just the Ocean Dub episodes distributed by Speedy. Dang, I was hoping for more Soupa Saiya peeple.
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.
Re: DBZ Malaysian Dub episodes have been found!
I'm Malaysian & dare say you cannot FIND a DBZ Speedy Dub Episode. Why?
Cuz they freaking spoke Malay language as opposed to "Engrish" that they used in Movies
Its out & out Malay & you woldnt believe how they altered Kamehameha into Piypoyeko (a Cantonese dub derivative) & Piccolo into Majumia (Instead of Ma.Junior name used at 23rd TB, fkers used MAJUMIA for whole of Z)
Same case with Kai which was aired 3 years back.
Suprisingly, DBZ Episode Malaysian Dub was done so efficiently. I mean, the acting in Malay was done extremely well
Speedy Dub however attempted somethin outta their comfort zone & thats how "Saaya Peepul, Burolies, Uncle Motong/StrangeHead = Piccolo, BigHead=Janemba" was born

I have the first two episodes of the Malaysian English dub on VCD. The quality of the voice acting is just as bad as in the movies.

There could have been a Malay dub and an English dub produced from Malaysia for the episodes.Vijay wrote:I'm Malaysian & dare say you cannot FIND a DBZ Speedy Dub Episode. Why?

I bought it a long time ago before Funimation redubbed the early episodes.sangofe wrote:Interesting. How'd you get that?DrBriefsCat wrote:I have the first two episodes of the Malaysian English dub on VCD. The quality of the voice acting is just as bad as in the movies.
