More messed up canon? (Salón del Manga interview)

Post by coola » Sat Nov 04, 2017 2:54 pm

After reading that interview, one part of it was really interesting:
◾ They cannot say whether or not Dragon Ball Super will link up with the original ending to the manga/anime, as Toriyama has not yet decided how it (i.e., Dragon Ball Super) is going to end.

Does it mean, that Super will be another side story, like GT? If yes, then original manga, DB-GT anime, Kai-Super should all be considered seperate canons?

He was saying that Toriyama doesn’t know when Super will end, answering the original question. Toyotarou said before that they’re setting up the frame work to link up to the original ending. Toyotarou even said he didn’t know when it was going to end.
