Goku can eat more, he can teleport, he can fly with his tail, make his enemies his friends, grant wishes, get stronger after a beating, die on his own terms, and shoot a Kamehameha.
Superman can absorb sunlight, change his hair, be a good father/husband, have a job, inspire people (he inspired Goku), and relate to people (Goku doesn't get people).
All things considered, it's things Goku can't do that makes him Goku, so this post doesn't really settle anything.
