Why arent TFS VA's allowed to work with Funimation at all?

That was in Kai's Buu arc and was removed on the last second before airing on Toonami and didn't even make it into the home release. I have no idea why they or Toei decided to pull the plug on that.

I believe KaiserNeko did a couple of minor characters (don't quote me on that), but they have contributed in the Xenoverse games, particularly Takahata with Voice 8 for males.

They've had named roles in a few FUNimation shows before but Toei own DB so they'll probably never get to have a named role in that.

There's a very big difference between what someone like Toyble did and what TFS does.

While fan artists might use Shueisha's intellectual property, it's all at least their own original work and not just literally using Toei's footage. Shuesiha can also use people who are able to replicate Toriyama's artstyle, whereas I'm sure Toei has enough talented editors, writers, and voice actors.

I personally find the original dub scene to be pretty funny. Like (purposely) so bad it's good.

It was a throwaway filler scene anyway, but that doesn't mean it should be turned into a meme joke fest. Brian voicing Copy Vegeta is fine because it changes nothing to the narrative and tone of the story.
