Dragonball Culture Books

Hi guys!

I have some questions about the 'Dragonball Culture' analytical series of books, by Derek Padula.

1) Where can I track down print copies of these books? Maybe I can order them to Barnes & Noble? I tried looking at his site, the Dao of Dragonball, but I believe he only sells online only versions?

2) Are these books overall very informative? Even for a series aficionado/expert like myself?

3) How do you think the author managed to make a living as a Dragonball Scholar? I guess a combo between hard work and resourcefulness. But I still find it hard to believe he was willing to devote so much time to writing books on this series like he did before knowing it would take off....
