I don't think the Japanese broadcast audio will be this year. As for Canada, they haven't aired any Dragon Ball since like 2006, and I really don't think Super is a good place to start cold(My personal distaste for Super aside, it's very reliant on what came before it). It seems that Kai may have been picked up for airing by Wow Unlimited(Along with some other anime, it seems), and if that does well, I can imagine them then getting Final Chapters and Super after that, but Kai would have to do well first, and really, I think that's a good thing; much as DB is the best place to start, Z/Kai is a decent starting place too.
