Son Goku (top left), Son Gohan (bottom right), Kuririn (bottom right) and then... Yamucha or Son Goten (Adult), maybe?

It wouldn't make sense for Son Goten to be an adult when Gohan is still a teen so it's probably Yamucha but not sure about that.

Yeah, that is Yamucha. Watch the end of this clip here for more context. It is the scene, which is Dragon Ball Kai Episode 97, based on your screenshot, and it is when everybody is saying farewell to Future Trunks when he goes back to the future. You can clearly see that it is Yamucha with the rest of the scene there

Not gonna lie, I was also confused who that character was when I first saw the image.

Like holy crap, Yamcha never looked worse than this in the entire franchise!
