Times characters forgot about their powers

I would have liked to see more of Chaozu's Psychic Powers, since I didn't even know he had psychic powers since I watched Z first and then read the original DB part of the Manga years later and I was really surprised to see that Chaozu using them (mostly because he became irrelevant to the plot after the Saiyan Saga and we never really got to see what he was capable of).
