Help finding higher resolution scans of chapters 12 and 19 original title pages?

I'm looking for higher resolution images of the original WSJ title pages for chapters 12 and 19 than what is currently available on the site. Do they exist? Searching by image on Google turns up nothing. If I had more than one copy of the Legend digest edition, I'd tear it up and scan them myself, but I only have the one, sadly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
