Hi,
I'm sorry if this has been asked before but has the Resurrection 'F' movie got the extended version release by Funimation? ("Future Trunks Special Edition", 105 minutes long) If not, are there any new information about it if they ever do it?

No, the extended version hasn't been made available anywhere. It was initially meant to be part of the French 'Golden Box' Blu-ray, but in the end it didn't happen.
