Dragon Ball Z: Level 1.1
So, just the other day, Level 1.2 arrived in the mail, and, I must say, it looks absolutely stunning. I am boundlessly impressed by this could-have-been release!
That said, does anyone know where I'd be able to purchase a new Level 1.1? I'm only seeing used offers on Amazon.
Thank you in advance.

You could probably buy one that's listed as "New" but most likely just been re-sealed to give that "New" look.

Do you have a link?
Reasonably priced would also be nice. Haha.

Checked Amazon n eBay for ya, only found used offers. Nothing new right now but you can sign up for eBay alerts.
I guess you just want a sealed copy for collection because most used copies are in very good to excellent condition.

That's exactly it. With the new Level 1.2 that I bought, it was a bit damaged around the slipcover (nothing noticeable), but the interior casing was sealed. That's what I'd prefer.JohnnyCashKami wrote:Checked Amazon n eBay for ya, only found used offers. Nothing new right now but you can sign up for eBay alerts.

I may very well have to buy Level 1.1 used at this point. It's out of print, correct?
I was very lucky in picking up a new Level 1.2 from Amazon's marketplace.

Yes. If any new offer eventually appears, it's existing (old) stock.uzuni wrote:I may very well have to buy Level 1.1 used at this point. It's out of print, correct?

Yeah, it's been out out print for about 7 years so if you find any factory sealed, then it's probably from some collector's collection or a store old stock (unlikely).uzuni wrote:I may very well have to buy Level 1.1 used at this point. It's out of print, correct?

My Level 1.1 and 1.2 Blu-rays with its slipcovers are as good as new with plastic sleeves, even better was that it hardly cost me anything to buy them. I actually have 1.1 on display on one of my shelves because it looks really nice.
Re: Dragon Ball Z: Level 1.1
Then I suppose "Used-Like New" is my best bet.
What would be a reasonable price for 1.1? Every offer seems overpriced at the moment.

Level 1.2 8 is only $20 new
https://www.amazon.ca/Dragon-Ball-Level ... 005E2YL40/
Now, Level 1.1 is hard to find at a reasonably good price. Maybe some mom and pop stores have it but no one knows, and then, you have flea markets too which who knows, you can find a good deal or nothing at all.
I've decided that I'll be leaving what I've bought of Dragon Ball and etc for my future son than bother to get rid of it.

I think I'd settle for a $50 level 1.1.

Re: Dragon Ball Z: Level 1.1
There is a listing for a used copy of Level 1.1 on Amazon Germany, now, I don't know if he ships abroad or the condition (I can't read German but Google Translate would suffice).
Re: Dragon Ball Z: Level 1.1
I'd just like to say that my (Used) Level 1.1 arrived in the mail yesterday, and it's in pristine condition!
You were right, JohnnyCashKami.

Re: Dragon Ball Z: Level 1.1
Man, I wish that the level sets had been finished up to at least 2.1 or 2.2
That way, it would be both a complete set of the Ultimate Uncut Edition dub, and the Japanese dub, up through episode 67 where the Ocean Dub ends. As someone with all the old singles, it's impossible to watch the series subbed from beginning to end (Without cropping, or Dragon Boxes)

Ask me about my love for the Faulconer Productions score!

Re: Dragon Ball Z: Level 1.1
The cancellation of the level sets was one of FUNimation's biggest screwjobs next to the cancellation of the Ultimate Uncuts. Anecdotally speaking, I've heard of fans even selling off their orange boxes for the purposes of getting the show done "properly" in 4:3 with the level sets but look what happened.
