Subtitles of the Engish dubbed version of movies

[English subtitles]

I am a non native speaker. I'd like to know where I can find the exact subtitles for the Engish dubbed versions of the 19 DB movies, not a mere translation of the Japanese version.
Apparently DVDs do not have subtitles of the English audio. Funimation streaming does offer them, yet it is not available in my country.
Otherwise, I am willing to start a private group to share the transcriptions and resolve doubts and terminological mistakes with the help of some native speaker.
I intend a completely personal use, not their online massive distribution.

As luck would have it, FUNi's 4x3 single discs of at least the original 13 Z movies do have FUNi English dub subtitle tracks. Look for those.
