I don't know what top 10 would exactly look like but it would probably only consist of early Buu saga episodes. I mean Gohan going to school, meeting Videl, fighting as Great Saiyaman and training for tournament with Goten and Videl. Those were the best episodes of Z to me.
I also enjoyed parts of Roshi and girls looking for dragon balls as well as filler scenes of ChiChi, Bulma and Videl looking for Gohan in heaven.

I don't watch Kai.

It's nearly impossible to pin down. I can think of moments, but given how serialized the show is, I can't point to individual episodes.
