I want to say it was in the $35 range. Can't remember on the DVD, but it'd be a few bucks cheaper. I'm not sure how your Wal-mart is set up compared to mine, but at mine it was on one of the endcaps rather than in the main line of new releases.simtek34 wrote:That's odd. Walmart.com doesn't even ave it listed! I will plan on checking my local Wal-Mart later today. How much did it cost for you GYT?

"The Super Warriors". I'd ask how much the AB Groupe payed to have that name instead of some variant of Saiyajin, but since I heard the AB Groupe is no more, not to mention how the French and European Spanish dubs starting with Kai/BoG abandoned "Super Warrior"...

Impressive SFC haul! I had no idea that Hyper Dimension commanded that high of a price tag nowadays! The figures are very nice as well. I've seen the model kit figures at the store but had no clue that they were that high of quality! That Cell looks really good! I may have to pick up the Super Saiyan 4 Goku I saw at Barnes and Noble.
My latest pick-up is "Kai: The Final Chapters - Part 2" on Blu-ray. Gotta stay on top of these releases!

It's been a week or two now, but I also scored a copy of Kai: The Final Chapters, Part Two (Blu-ray) from my local Wal-mart again. Here's just hoping they keep this up with Super even after Kai is done.
Oh, and while they were given to us rather than purchased, I also have two more DB-related items that just got picked up today - a pair of cute little kittens, that of course are now named Beerus and Champa.

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
Just ordered the Dragon Ball movie four pack, which now means I have the complete series on DVD (except Kai).
Now I'll ask you guys, I don't want to buy this upcoming DBS DVD set, I usually wait until they do the more bigger sets like they do with One Piece. Do you think they will just do 13 episode sets or do think they will eventually do 26 episode sets?

I'm certain Funimation will release larger "collections" as they usually do with long-running series. I'd expect to wait about a year for them, though.GreatSaiyaJeff wrote:Just ordered the Dragon Ball movie four pack, which now means I have the complete series on DVD (except Kai).
