Whis vs. Majin Boo (Universe 4) from Dragon Ball Multiverse

Whis is 1.5x stronger than Beerus, who is arguably strong enough to one-hit SSj3 Vegetto. He is also over 75 million years old and the teacher of Beerus, so he's probably a ridiculously skilled fighter.

DBM Majin Boo is stated by the author to rival SSj2 Vegetto but he also has a universe of people with all sorts of skills and techniques inside him. So far it's known that he has the knowledge and techniques of Son Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Elder Kaioshin, and Kibito-Kaioshin. He also allegedly possesses mind control powers that can work even on a Dai Kaioshin. He's also even harder to kill than a regular Boo due to his habit of separating himself into countless pieces whenever he feels threatened.

Whis. If someone can one-shot a SSJ3 Vegito... then how much more someone who can only rival a SSJ2 Vegito. It's unknown what sorts of skills and techniques are inside this Buu but unless that is defined, then this goes to Whis.

1.] Super Buu. You have SSJ3 Gotenks power added to Super Buu.
2.] Vegito. This is basically just a weaker version of Buu Saga Vegito.
3.] Gohan. Gotenks was even with Super Buu but Gohan stomped Super Buu.
4.] Lord Slug stomps.
5.] 16, if the SSJs in that movie were pre-ROSAT. If they were post-ROSAT, then Meta Cooler.
6.] The humans. Tri-beam and Kienzan combo would slice and smash Pui Pui.

— They're evenly matched in power. However, Goku's newness with Super Saiyan and his injuries from fighting Freeza (if that's a thing here) might cost him the fight.
— Dende. He got his power released by the Grand Elder back in the day, boosting him up to a level where he can rocket his way around when he flies and everything. Whatever his power level is, it's far above normal human level.
— Umm... *flips a coin* Butta wins.
— Kami's stronger than any of these guys individually, but my gut tells me he can't take on all three at once.
— If even a Goku/Vegeta Fusion couldn't measure up to Beerus, then this mis-matched Gohan/Broli monstrosity sure as hell can't either.

First thing I'd like to say is MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

As for the Match-Ups:

1. Cooler, with a little difficulty.

2. Dende is stronger than any human IMO. Plus he has "Gardian Magic" (if that's a thing).

3. The heck?....um....Burter.

4. I don't see how he can handle all those guys. Individually, for sure, but not all at once. Kami loses after a tough fight.

5. "Brohan" stands no chance.

Close match but Tao takes it with difficulty. When Goku was fighting Sky Dragon, Goku needed to poop badly during the match and couldn't concentrate. After the match was over, Goku wasn't bothered at all and just ran quickly to go poop. Goku was furious with Tao. Tao actually took a beating.

althought I personally believe Omega Shenron >>>>>> Whis >> Beerus, so I think Beginning of GT Vegetto beats Whis pretty easily, maybe even in base
