In my opinion, I think Android 15 takes it since he fought evenly with SSJ Vegeta and even caused him to untransform into his base.

I know everyone thinks Cabba, Califla, and Kale as being god level brings because they went against god-tier characters. But I don't see that.

I also don't see that, I mean with Goku using SSJ God again it kinda proofs that he wasn't all that strong in Base at all, so probably the U6 Saiyans are not God-tiers yet.

Ikari Trunks was able to "kill" an injured Merged Zamasu, who was able to trade some blows with Vegetto Blue. SSJG has no chance.

He only was able to do that because of the extra energy given to him.

In my opinion, I think Android 15 takes it since he fought evenly with SSJ Vegeta and even caused him to untransform into his base.

Piccolo was somewhat close to Android Arc SSJ Vegeta in power and Android 15 fought evenly with SSJ Vegeta (Movie 7) who should be similar to his android arc counterpart in terms of power. This fight could go either way, Piccolo could win using his intelligence and tactics or Android 15 could win with his power advantage. Android 15 probably wins.

23rd Budokai Chaozu got beaten by Cyborg Tao who I don't think is too much more powerful as a cyborg than he originally was despite Tsuru-sennin and Cyborg Tao's statements,
Tao Pai Pai: “To revive myself as a cyborg, I used up all the money I had saved up. But thanks to that, I’ve managed to obtain many times the power I had before.”

Chapter: 169, P3.6-P4.1
Tsuru-sennin: “Now that Tao Pai Pai has become a cyborg, he’s obtained strength even more unimaginable than before. Tenshinhan and you jerks will be lucky to have even a faint chance of winning against him…”
Goku: “Tao Pai Pai ain’t the one who’s truly incredible…”

Goku surpassed Tao Pai Pai previously through Karin's training and then experienced 3 years of training, Chaozu went through Karin's training and then went off and did his own training for about three years, maybe less between the Piccolo Daimao Arc and the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai (TB) Arc as Yamcha and Krillin stated,
Chapter: 169, P7.1-2
Yamcha: “Yeah, me, Kuririn, Tenshinhan, and Chaozu all climbed Karin Tower. Lord Muten Roshi told us where it was.”
Kuririn: “Then after that we all split up and trained on our own.”

Despite this I don't think Chaozu grew as strong as Goku was at the 22nd TB due to his loss to Tao, however Chaozu should be able to win with his telekinesis unless he falls for the counting trick that Krillin pulled on him during the 22nd TB which I wouldn't put past Chaozu.

SSJ Blue Goku vs Champa

In the manga SSJB Vegeta got stomped by an angry Beerus who was playing around up until that point, Beerus is slightly stronger than Champa and Vegeta is relative to Goku. In the manga Goku gets stomped. In the anime Goku might have a chance with his kaioken but we haven't seen Beerus's full power and by extension Champa's either so I'm going to give this to Champa.

Right. What if Android 14 vs SSJ Goku (Namek)? Or Android 14 vs SSJ Trunks (the one who killed Mecha Frieza? Judging by how he was defeated by Future Trunks from the Android arc, who is stronger than the one from Mecha Frieza arc.
