How worse? Vegetto was already realizing that Merged Zamasu speed couldn't keep with his and the regeneration ability was getting weaker. The only thing Trunks did better was using an technique more efficient than the "Final Kamehameha" to completely destroy Merged Zamasu body.

1) It's not a mismatch...It's a trick...Toppo was blushed when Ribrianne did her transformation...So, who knows
2) He doesn't have ordinary attacks...His body is strange (a little like Boo)...And he was strong enough to get Dyspo...I really don't know, but I think Magetta is a little below him, even with his strong body

To be fair, Manga Merged is at the level of a MSSB, and he has an infinite form as well. He just keeps multiplying. In both cases he's impossible to kill by normal means.
