Well kami sort of flicked Goku away without effort. He is stated to be above Mr popo who dominated Goku who killed piccolo daimao . Kami might be strong.

Super Saiyan 4 Goku from GT, the one that received the power up needed to beat the tar out Syn Shenron vs. Super Saiyan 4 Goku Xeno from the new Super Dragon Ball Heroes manga.

Base Xeno Goku could solo all of GT easily. His base is stronger than DBS Goku's base.

He implied it was Vados from Super not from Xenoverse and in Xenoverse everyone is way stronger than their mainline counterparts, this is way more even than you think

The only thing we know of First form Freeza is that he is stronger than a rusty SS Gohan and weaker than Boo. It can go either way but I'm thinking Cell is stronger and beats him after a good fight.
