Probably Kuririn. He's got quite a bit more experience under his belt and seems way more comfortable throwing Ki around than Goku ever did before his training with God. Not to mention that being able to fly is a game changer.

Considering he is ssj4 he beats everyone relatively easily except gets destroyed in the bonus round.

Jium fire a blast that made Kuririn worry. So I think he makes it up to 1st form Freeza (Namek Saga).
