None of them could handle SSJ Goku and/or Vegeta. Hell, they struggling to get any major offence against Goku and Vegeta in their base forms.

Dabura would defeat him since I don't think Tapion is as strong as SSJ's, maybe in their base forms yeah.

Paikuhan will defeat Bojack. The reason is because Bojack was instantly killed by SSJ2 Gohan, while Paikuhan was on par with a SSJ Kaioken Goku, which is like a SSJ2 Goku. And I don't think it's possible for Gohan to defeat Goku as easily as he did to Bojack.

With no kikoho, Tien is finger flicked. With the neo kikoho, he can probably pull off a win after years of training, however he might not at the same time and just hold Cell in the ground without killing him.
