Now with all the spoilers out there about Jiren. Which claim he has a power greater then a Kaioken x 20 goku. So I wonder is he strong enough to defeat some higher tier characters?

Jiren vs M. Zamasu (no immortality)?
Jiren vs Vegito Blue ( black arc)?
Jiren vs Beerus?

I think he would be able to beat Zamasu and outlast Vegetto. Beerus has another tricks up his sleeve, but we know little to nothing about Jiren's abilities.

Dunno. I mean, but the whole situation looks pretty messy as far as the scaling is concerned. In the anime and per various guidebooks, Potaras are enough to put base Vegito above SS3 Goku -- meaning, it makes base Goku stronger than what a Kaioken *400 would. If Vegito functionally works like he did in the Buu arc, wouldn't he have the exact same multiplier now?

Assuming it is supposed to work that way, I don't know if either Jiren or the new Goku will be above that, but I doubt it. Furthermore, right now chances are Jiren is not the mortal stronger than the Hakaishin either. Then it comes the anime, though. How does Goku kick around Zamas - ever-so-briefly - with Kaioken? Is it because Zamas is suppressed? Character-induced stupidity? Or is the effect of the Potaras now proportionally weaker? Super doesn't clarify either.
In short, leaving aside the problematic placement of Beerus, assuming Vegito is the same and they don't pull some crazy power-ups with Jiren himself, you'd have:

Blue Goku: 1
Blue Goku * 10: 10
Zamas (CIS): 11
Blue Goku * 20: 20
Jiren: 40?
New Goku: 50?
Blue Vegito and Zamas: >400

So yeah, I'd personally say I'm not lead to think he would be a threat to the real heavy hitters of the DBS-verse. Then again, "Super".

Krillin is said to be the strongest earthling by the time of this arc, and even if he isn't there's still a lot of useful techniques he could use, specially since he used them to defeat Gohan (who is way stronger than Tien).

Luffy vs Goku

equal strength

Luffy using odd creative techniques reminds me of kid Goku coming up with techniques in the tournaments.

I'm unsure who would be the victor. I feel Goku has more fighting experience, but Luffy's fighting style could really catch him off guard. Though I'm sure he could adapt.

When you say equal strength then does that mean Goku can't turn Super Saiyan or Kaioken? Luffy can't use Gears or Haki? Because upon doing so there strength wouldn't really be equal anymore.

Is Speed and Durability not equal because if so then there's not really anything Luffy could even do.

Goku would likely win. Physical attacks wouldn't really work I suppose unless manipulating Ki into his punches and kicks works. Goku is too skilled for Luffy though. It's a master martial artist against a brawler. Goku can also fly, teleport, has long range attacks, Destructo Disc would cut him in half etc.

Goku fires a Kamehameha. Luffy can do nothing about it.

How does Jimeze being base Gohan make him superior Piccolo? Gohan only went mystic to fight Frieza, and it seems current mystic Gohan is slightly above final form Frieza, who stomped Jimeze. Didn't you tell me before you thought Piccolo could compete with mystic Gohan? If you believe that you should believe Piccolo is above Jimeze.

As per the manga what if goku arrived at zenos after he erased all the scrub universes. Does he live out his days in a random universe, live with zeno? Beg zeno? Get msd and attack?

In xenoverse canon I'm sure they'd offer stranded goku to join them.
