Well the idea is that BoG SSG Goku was strong enough to threaten the Universe and SSJ3 post-BOG Goku is far stronger than that, and since no GT characters have feats on that level, they would lose to Goku here. Your little rationalization assumes that Post-BoG SSJ3 Goku is weaker than Omega Shenron but that isn't necessarily true.

I don't think like that. For me, Toriyama simply ignored SSBE and SSB KK for the movie, which does not mean that for him, Goku and Vegeta SSB have received power ups equivalent to his exclusive transformations of the anime.

Probably for Toriyama, Goku's transformations in the ToP was SSB - Ultra Instinct (sign) - Ultra Instinct (Mastered). No SSB KK, which does not mean, as I said, that his normal SSB received any kind of power up. He just did not consider them

Anyway, what's being considered in this comparison is that Goku and Vegeta are 20x more powerful than normal SSB, so would Broly SSJ be able to beat them?

SSJB Goku in mini hit arc is probably at halo zamasu level, and later he is many times stronger, Kale and Caulifla also get stronger that's why trunks is fodder in ToP Arc.
