2) What if in Dragon Ball Z: The History of Trunks, and hours before Android 17 and Android 18 first fought the Z Fighters, Vegeta, Gohan, Krillin, Piccolo, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, and Chiaotzu had their Potentials Unlocked by Grand Elder Guru? (With this miraculous event being made possible from Kami having a bad enough feeling to transport the Z Warriors to the Grand Elder Namekian's current location in the Otherworld.)
Three possibilities I see being most likely...

1: Vegeta vs. #18 happens, and would be a much closer fight than the version we saw in the main timeline, with #18 probably ending up injured a little in the process (but not nearly as bad as Vegeta, of course.) And "strong enough to actually hurt future #18" is just how strong Vegeta would be at first. Guru's potential unlock continues to increase your power more and more over time (as we saw from Krillin going to 10,000 right away, 20,000ish later, and finally 75,000 vs. Freeza just in the time they were on Namek)... so if the Androids for whatever reason didn't kill Vegeta during their initial encounter, he would surpass them both in a matter of days (if not hours) once he recovered from his injuries. And this is Vegeta, so you'd better believe he'd track them down for a rematch as soon as he was able. He probably wouldn't end up nearly as strong as the Vegeta who pummeled Semi-Perfect Cell (partly due to not having pushed beyond ordinary Super Saiyan at all), but he'd still be able to take on both future Androids at once and win with very little effort -- maybe he'd be somewhere around full-power Imperfect Cell or #16's level.

2: Vegeta vs. #18 happens, and at the end #18 snaps his neck rather than his arm. The two Androids then go after everyone else who's still standing. If Gohan gets a rage boost and goes Super Saiyan during the following battle with the Androids (possibly due to Piccolo dying, or being near-fatally injured?), he'd probably destroy them right then and there and that timeline would never have the whole post-apocalyptic future Trunks thing happen at all! Cell would come along at some point and, with no Androids to absorb and an even stronger Gohan (and Trunks! and maybe even Vegeta and Piccolo if the Androids didn't kill them or they got wished back) there to stop him, he'd probably end up getting killed without much trouble. Assuming Gohan(/Trunks/Vegeta/Piccolo) keeps training just in case and reach Cell Games-esque levels or higher, there might be a Buu Saga equivalent in this timeline. Their best chance of surviving that would be if Goku comes back for a visit and teaches Gohan and Trunks fusion (resulting in "Gohanks" who could probably go at least SSj2, and possibly learn SSj3 the way Gotenks did with a little bit of extra training) or if they manage to beat Dabura and prevent Babidi from ever unleashing Buu in the first place.

3: If Gohan doesn't go Super Saiyan during the first encounter, but still survives like in the regular future timeline, he ends up beating the Androids somewhere down the line as the combination of the gradually-increasing unlocked potential and his own training and near-death boosts push him further and further beyond the level the ordinary Future Gohan reached. There's still a destroyed future timeline, but it's not quite as bad since the Androids got stopped relatively early on, and Gohan survived in addition to Trunks this time around. Future Trunks would probably end up stronger than the version we knew as a result, since he'd have a stronger Gohan to train with and he'd do so for his entire life rather than Gohan dying when he was a kid (though they'd both probably stop training quite as hard after the Androids were gone)... so when he went back in time to hand over the medicine and warn everyone, he'd be by far the strongest of the Saiyans rather than trailing behind them. The difference in power between the present and future Androids might still be a big enough gap that the two of them could beat him (at least fighting together, even if they're not quite strong enough to pull it off so easily one-on-one), though, so he might be the one to get a big fight scene rather than Vegeta -- and he'd certainly lose against #16 if he happened to step in. So overall, the Android Saga happens pretty much exactly as in the main timeline, but with Trunks as the strongest fighter (at least until Kamiccolo happens) rather than Vegeta.

Possibility #2 seems the most interesting to me -- basically ends up being like a version of the main series if Toriyama had actually gone through with Gohan taking the main-character title from Goku. #1 is what Vegeta imagines during "image training" sessions and #3 is pretty much just the regular future timeline, but with less destroyed cities and more Gohan.
1) What if instead of Super Saiyan 3, Goku had achieved Super Saiyan Rage during his 7 years of training in the Otherworld? Then, had taught it to Trunks and Goten?

2) What if Full Power Super Saiyan Son Gohan took his match against Perfect Cell seriously from the start?

3) What if Kid Trunks and Goten didn't waste their time with Vegeta and Gohan respectively, and sought out Piccolo to train them for the 4 years before Gohan became Great Saiyaman and Vegeta had turned himself into a Majin? Or would the improved Piccolo, Trunks, and Goten have stopped the return of the Evil Prince?

It depends:

- It is Black after he fought Trunks in #47? Cause when he after fights Goku in the past, sure he could give him trouble with UI, but I believe both he and Vegeta could overwhelm UI Black as SSJB and if not we still have Beerus to destroy him.

- If it is Black the time he shows Rosé to Goku, Vegeta and Trunks or the second to the third time they arrive in the future, then yes our heroes are pretty much screwed

1) What if upon recovering from the head injury he received as a baby, Goku’s Zenkai had evolved his Great Ape form into the Super Saiyan 4 form and his Super Saiyan form into the Super Saiyan Blue form? With Goku going to SSJ4 every time there was a Full Moon and discovering the existence of the even more powerful Super Saiyan Blue transformation during his training under Kami and Mr. Popo, would Grandpa Gohan have been spared from meeting the same fate as in canon? And, if in this alternate continuity, the events of Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might, had taken place during the 5 years before Raditz first arrived on Earth, would Goku have been able to defeat Turles and his Crusher Corps. before the Tree of Might could have been planted by Amond of the Turles Crusher Corps.?

Probably nothing major. I think things would play out the same.

What if Future Trunks, not Freeza, was Boo's actual replacement in Team Universe 7 for the Tournament of Power?

Stuff would get done. See Trunks is the average watcher of Db, the guy that just wants to get stuff done. I mean Trunks alone with ssj Rage is stronger then maybe 80% of the fighters there. He wouldn't care, he has been through so much and doesn't want another universe or timeline to be erased. Purely, because a child god says so. He wouldn't listen to anyone, well maybe gohan. But ultimately would go rogue. He would beat and defeat universes 9,10, and maybe majority of universe 3 and 4. However he would ultimately be defeated by either Kefla, Hit, Jiren, or Toppo. But he wouldn't go down easy and would take a out a lot with him. Saving a lot of energy for Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan.

So by the time of either the Kefla battle or the first Jiren fight. Goku and Vegeta would be near 100% of power. Instead of 85-90%. I mean it wouldn't make much of a difference against Jiren. But with Kefla Goku could beat her just using Blue Kaioken instead of UI. (I know it was a dope scene) But UI basically is the new Ssj3, powerful gains and speed. But right after your energy drops to 0:

What- if Krillin, Tien, and Roshi were replaced by Pikkon, Darbura, and Janemba (controllable). Would these combats raise universe 7's chances in the ToP?

Two What ifs

1) What if Frost eliminated Vegeta while he was in the Mafuba jar?

2) What if Jiren eliminated Goku after the first Ultra Instinct battle?

Pikkon was at least in the anime. Janemba was in only a single film. And was the product of all of the evil collected to that point, getting fused with a dorky teen ogre. Which Gogeta then cleansed, in the Saiyan way, and scared the crap out of the poor kid.

Roshi actually did a lot of good things for his team, and Krillin did some as well. Tien, even when he was recruited, he was poorly used. Maybe Pikkon would have contributed more then Tien.

What if Future Trunks and Mai had stayed in the current timeline and made a home for themselves? How would their lives have gone?

What if Goku taught Gohan Instant Transmission during the 3 years of training before the Androids?
He would've taken Yamcha away to get healed up much faster, then been back with the rest of the group in time to get beaten up by the Androids along with everyone else (if he made a move to attack them, anyway; freaking out and just watching rather than attacking spared Krillin a beat-down, after all, so the same should apply for Gohan... just without the #18 kiss part, for obvious reasons. XD)

Best case scenario as far as "how different could things be?" The Androids really beat the crap out of him (maybe he loses an arm here rather than having it broken vs. Cell, just to mirror Future Gohan a bit?) and gets a near-death boost that leads to him ending up even stronger by Cell Games time than he normally would be. This would make the final clash against Super Perfect Cell a whole lot easier, at least, even if nothing much else changes.

What if Little Goku (GT) had used the Solar Flare on Omega Shenron before the resurrected Nuova Shenron had sacrificed himself in vain against Omega Shenron and Nuova Shenron had given some of his energy to restore both Goku and Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta to their full powers, with Goku being able to change back into his Super Saiyan 4 form just before Omega Shenron had recovered his senses, and teaming up with Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta and (a still at full power) Nuova Shenron against the weaker than normal Omega Shenron?

This is a good one. Roshi very well might survive. He was stronger than Kuririn, and more experienced with better control over his emotions. He might be tricky enough to escape while only being knocked out, in which case, Goku will not freak out and storm after Tambourine. He'll be around for Roshi to wake up and explain what's going on, and he'll follow along with Roshi's plan.

Roshi will probably be injured, but force himself to move on with the same plan he had originally, only this time, with both Goku and Kuririn. So all three of them get put to sleep, and Roshi dies to Piccolo same as normal. Tenshinhan goes to master the Mafuba, will Goku join him, or check in with Karin? If he does check in with Karin, he might not risk his life by drinking the water because he's still unaware of how overwhelming Piccolo is. The best case scenario is that with Goku being a distraction, Tenshinhan can seal Piccolo.

Omega still wrecks imo unless Nuova uses his ultimate or Goku uses dragon fist and they manage to destroy all the cells before he regenerates.
Nuova is weaker than SSJ4 Goku/Vegeta and i don't think even a third SSJ4 would make a difference because Omega was tanking everything from Goku and Vegeta even tho they were weakened after fusion but so was Omega + he didn't have the 4-star ball of the second strongest dragon.

What if Baby entered tournament of power instead of Frieza?
Let's assume that Baby went on earth at the time of DBS and never managed to took Vegeta's body, but he grew to his teen form and got killed in this form. Then they just bring him back for a day just like they did with Frieza.
Let's also assume he can control anyone as long as this person is actually hurt (so no "he is too strong to be controlled" like it was with Trunks when Baby was still a...baby).
"I will concede that your feelings are worthy of the mightiest of Saiyans. However, there is more to my power than just this. Before you die, I will show it to you. This is the difference in power, between the primitive Saiyans and the evolved Tsufruians." ~Baby Vegeta

He takes over Jiren, hit, or Toppo. Whomever he takes over gives universe 7 a massive edge. Also with if he boost the person he possesses, if he gets any of those 3. Universe 7 wins easily.

What if Goku crashed landed on Beerus planet? And what if he still bumped his head. How more powerful would goku become?

2. What if the Pride troopers in Trunks timeline were able to follow Zamasu and black? Would many things change by this?

Beerus would destroy him immediately.

Both would get owned in an instant.
