Let's say he was up against Seripa, Annin, or maybe even Chi-Chi (back when she was relevant as a fighter in particular)... who he still try with his perverted antics or would he fight seriously... at least try but struggling to fall into temptation?

It depends on what was at stake. If it was just a casual "imma fight you for no reason" moment, he would probably spit blood and pass out or something. If it was in a tournament, or an actual life or death fight, then he would give them a real fight.
