I disagree with some stuff. Mr boo in bog and goku and Vegeta in Rof were pretty in character. Goku forgetting everything is definitely an example of what the cell saga did though. Goku's never been that forgetful.
Mr. Boo was a selfish asshole in BoG... that's not in-character. Goku and Vegeta in RoF were OOC because they act like working together is a deathwise even though they've already settled their differences (what's worse is they never learn a thing from it).
It was about food, of course boo would be selfish to someone he doesn't even know. It doesn't contradict anything, especially because Mr Satan wasn't the one asking.
If freeza was more of a threat they would've worked together but he wasn't so there was no need. Even Gohan was okay with not fighting together during the boo saga.
Plus, I was agreeing that Goku was ooc when he kept forgetting.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.
