Final questions about Supreme Kai's link

Ok, definitely we have a problem with our Supreme Kai's link with Bills.
When we see the other universes, we only know ONE Supreme Kai, while in universe 7 we all know that used to exist 5 Supreme Kai, or, better: 4 Supreme Kais and one Grand Supreme Kai - Dai Kaioshin.
We all know that the God of Destruction from the universe is directly linked to its respective Supreme Kai. If there is only one Hakaishin (God of Destruction) and he has only one life, it's logical to think that there is one Kaioshin linked with him.
Bills, Shin and even Whis are emphatic when saying about especifically Shin's link with Bills. Why him?

Possibility one: Dai Kaioshin was the main Kaioshin and the one linked to Bills. In universe 7 was "allowed" to exist 4 Kaioshins beyond Dai Kaioshin. Maybe as a preventive in cases like Majin Buu. When Dai Kaioshin dies, one of the remaining Kaioshins becomes the new Dai Kaioshin and links his life to the Hakaishin. The problem is: Why there isn't other kaioshins in the other universes? I mean, it is possible and this idea is so good, why haven't they thinked about that?

Possibility two: All of the kaioshins in universe #7 is half-linked to the Hakaishin, being needed to kill them all to kill the Hakaishin. The problem again is: if it is possible, why the other universes haven't thinked about that?


Final Questions: Gowasu was training Zamasu to be a Kaioshin too, maybe they would be Kaioshins at the same time? When he promoted Zamasu to Kaioshin to travel 1000 years in the future, at that moment Rumoosh had a link with Gowasu and Zamasu? Gowasu was training Zamasu to make himself a Dai Kaioshin?
