What is the color of Shenlong's lower jaw?

What is the color of Shenlong's lower jaw?

Lot's of sources have it yellow, others are green. Even the stylized Blue Shenlong for the logo isn't consistent.

What was the original color scheme and when did it start going back and forth?

It seems to be yellowish orange..

Its the same tone as his lower body, which isn't coloured green
