How much would Super Saiyan 4 improve after a year in the Room of Spirit and Time?

1) If Goku had went inside the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with Trunks and Pan a few days before the Super 17 fiasco, how much would they improve? Would Goku have mastered Super Saiyan 4? Would Trunks have gotten strong enough to beat the Possessed Android 17? Would Pan have surpassed Gohan and Piccolo?

2) If Goku had went by himself inside the Hyperbolic Time Chamber a few days before the Super 17 fiasco, how much would he improve all by himself? Would Goku have fully-mastered Super Saiyan 4? Would Goku this time around, become fast enough to escape from Hell itself at the very same time as Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu? Would Super Saiyan 4 Goku have gotten strong enough to beat Super 17 and the Shadow Dragons?

In any scenario Goku would achieve Full Power SSJ4 just because this is GT we're talking about, Trunks would be considerably stronger and turns SSJ2 by strict training with Goku and surprises everyone with SSJ3 while fighting Super 17, and then Pan tries her hardest and becomes much stronger but cannot achieve SSJ until the fight with Super 17 where she, SSJ3 Trunks, and the Z Senshi manage to briefly overcome Super 17 but his energy absorption kicks in and defeats them all until Goku arrives last second to save the day. Everything plays out similarly to GT's events except Goku's attempted self destruction actually damages Super 17 and then Goku & 18 defeat him.

If Goku were able to learn to sustain the form indefinitely while training, it seems like he would end up growing much more powerful, like how it was with Super Saiyan leading up to / during the #CellGames.

However, than might lead him to end up powering up #17 to even more ridiculous levels via ki blasts, so he probably wouldn't have been able to win with the Dragon Hax-Fist in such a scenario. At least, not without getting TOEI's writing team directly on the phone.
