No, because the Saiyans he had absorbed by that point would have been annihilated along with most of his body. He probably would have reverted to Kid Boo by that point.

Even if Gohan, Goten, and Trunks survived, Boo would not have the Saiyan biology that grants the zenkais. Only the individuals's powers that he absorbed.

Super Boo was blasted to ashes by Piccolo & Gotenks yet he didn't lose Mister Boo or South/Dai Kaioshin thus never reverted to either Buff Boo or Kid Boo, this is either confirmation that Super Boo may also be able to regenerate his absorbees or that South/Dai Kaioshin have now become a permanent part of him and Mister Boo regenerated due to being a Boo himself. Toriyama & Toei still haven't set the record straight on why Pure Evil Boo's nature works differently than Pure Boo's so its a little up in the air on that.
However if Boohan is able to regenerate his Saiyan absorbees then could the Zenkai ability trigger if they're all driven to the point of almost death?

Thing with Boo is that he doesn't take/receive damage like a 'normal' being does. He possesses the ability to continuously regenerate w/o losing any ki whatsoever -- physical damage is just a minor inconvenience to him:

*iirc, the only time a version of Boo was ever explicitly stated to have dropped in ki at all was when Fat/Good Boo fought Pure Boo(implying that it takes a Boo to weaken a Boo), but that's neither here nor there...

That said, even IF Boo could have received Saiyan zenkais from those he had absorbed(which I doubt), he never sustained any *lasting*(key word) injuries/damage that would warrant a zenkai, imo(even Gotenks & Piccolo vaporizing Super Boo in the RoSaT amounted to little more than a minor setback for him)... Now perhaps if Gohan/Goten/Trunks would have been *permanently* incorporated into Boo's being(like the Kaioshin were), receiving their zenkais might've been more of a realistic possibility..? Dunno. /shrug
