Re: Character alignments
Goku Black/Present Zamasu/Future Zamasu/Fused Zamasu: Lawful Evil.
Zamasu wanted to rule over the Universe, he killed every mortal without care nor remorse, he valued order and perfection above everything else and lacked mercy and compassion. He also followed strictly the laws of the Gods; indeed, respecting the laws imposed by the Gods is the catalyst of Zamasu's Zero Mortals Plan. He also believed that his radical actions were for the well-being of the world of Gods. These are all traits of a Lawful Evil character, a character who commits evil deeds, but is not feral and mindless; he follows a law, an order, a logic, and he wants to dominate everything.
[Anime] Infinite Zamasu: Chaotic Evil.
Here you have a being who has lost all sanity and intellect and has devolved to an abomination that desires to see all things burn. Indeed, all Infinite Zamasu did during his screentime in the show (aside from carrying out a genocide on Earthlings) was laugh maniacally. He was a vicious, nefarious and twisted evil entity who tried to spread his malevolent energy across Creation. He was quite similiar in that regard to Kid Buu, who also enjoyed spreading destruction and chaos, and lacked logic and intellect.
