Do you think Beerus, based the idea of Monaka from Jiren?

When Beerus claimed that a warrior could challenge him, dontou think he based this story off Jiren? I mean he knows Vermond. And Whis knew of the rumor as well? I mean Beerus probably didn't know who speciefically he was but heard stories?

I think you mean Jiren based himself off Monaka, the strongest in Universe 7.
