If two dragons were summoned at once, would something happen?

If the original Dragon Balls created by Kami on Earth used to summon Shenron and the original Namekian Dragon Balls created by Grand Elder Guru on Namek used to summon Porunga had been activated at the same place, and at the same time, but at the very least just about far enough from each other for Shenron and Porunga to not be uncomfortably close to one another, what do you think would happen between the Eternal Dragons? Would they even acknowledge or ignore each other after their respective summonings?
