At equal strength, who are the best fighters?

As boring as it sounds, Goku seems to be the best at reacting to the situation and coming up with an effective strategy.

Would it mark a major difference? The reason the humans aren`t up there is because of genetic phisiology. Take that out and there is no reason Ten wouldn`t be able to best Vegita. Goku, of course, will always get the nod because he`s the main character but I feel outside of that, the others would be all up there.

I give the nod to humans because they do create/first came up with most of the moves of the game.
