Alright, so now Goku's body can attack on it's own, does that mean his on the same level as the Angels?

Probably not and here is why:

Imagine you just learned how to fight in a basic way. You bring your arms up and just throw punch's at opponents. You can beat up people who don't know how to fight with their fists really easily.

However, that doesn't mean you are the most skillful fighter in the world. Now imagine Whis as a third degree black belt teaching at a local dojo. If you tried to fight a third degree black belt with your basic fighting, who would win?

Yes you can throw punches at this third degree black belt and he will need to react but he could wipe the floor with you.

Now imagine the Grand Priest as the Grandmaster that owns many Dojos that are ran by local instructors. If a third degree tried to challenge him, he wouldn't stand a ghost of a chance!

So yes they all can fight, but that doesn't mean they are all equal in skill or experience.

Goku mastered Ultra Instinct. The Angels aren't more proficient in it's usage than him. Mastered is mastered.

Purely in terms of raw power, he was capable of surpassing the Angels even before Ultra Instinct. SSB Goku managed to tag Whis in combat inside the gravity chamber.

SSB Evolution Vegeta is equal to Kaiokenx20 Goku and he beat Toppo whom is no different from any other God of Destruction. SSJG Goku was 60% of Beerus & Whis is only 1.5x stronger than Beerus.

Goku can only use UI in one state that’s very taxing whereas Whis doesn’t have to transform to move insinctively

So while he’s Mastered UI is mastered he’d get plastered by an angel

I don't think you realize the stupendous amount of new evidence (basically an entire series of it) that you would have to ignore if you still think SSjG Goku is 60% Beerus...

That hasn't been remotely implied, we don't even know if the Angels haven't mastered UI already. Goku's mastered UI seems to be just another transformation rather than the status of perfected UI above all others.

If by "tag" you mean that Goku bit Whis' hand by surprise and tried to judo flip him(which failed) then sure, whatever.

Beerus & Whis have long since been retconned to be massively stronger, why would Goku & Vegeta run in fear from Beerus(after eating his pizza) if they can just power up to SSJB and take him out? The manga also depicts Vegeta with the stronger SSJB Complete form getting wrecked by Beerus, that should be impossible if the BOG film power scaling is still in effect.
Don't forget that Goku & Hit showed some concern at the prospect of fighting Champa(who is slightly weaker than Beerus going by the manga), Beerus also makes a big deal out of them battling a Hakaishin even after seeing Goku use the Kaio-ken x 10 on top of SSJB.
