How would do you rank all the arcs?
My ranking(haven’t completed OG DB)

Tier 1(great):Baby arc>Buu Arc>Goku Black Arc>Cell/Android Arc


Tier 2(good):Saiyan Arc>9Weeks of Peace(DBS)>Shadow Dragon arc>Freezer Arc


Tier 3(mediocre):Black Star Arc>BOG>Super 17>U6


Tier 4(bad):TOP>Garlick Junior>ROF

Tier 1(exceptional): Namek Arc>Cell Arc>ToP Arc>Zamasu Arc>Piccolo Daimao

Tier 2(good): Saiyan Arc>22rd Tenkaichi Budokai>23rd Tenkaichi Budokai>Red Ribbon Army Arc>Baby Arc>Buu Arc>Universe 6 Tournament

Tier 3(mediocre): 21st Tenkaichi Budokai>Pilaf Arc>BoG>RoF

Tier 4(bad): Shadow Dragons Arc>Black Star Dragon Balls Arc>Super 17

Best arcs: Namek arc, 22nd TB arc

Good arcs: Boo arc, Son Goku arc, Uranai Baba arc, Saiyan arc, 21st TB arc, Artificial Human arc, 23rd TB arc, RRA arc

Mediocre arcs: Freeza arc, Cell arc, Baby arc, Evil Dragons arc, Future Trunks arc (Super)

Bad arcs: Black Star Dragon Ball arc, Super 17 arc, Battle of Gods arc, Resurrection F arc, Universal Survival arc, Copy Vegeta arc

Each arc is in order of best to worst.

Why is the universal Survival arc a bad arc for you?

I can't rank entire original DB at this time since i still have to reread (or rewatch) it to have clear view. Haven't done it for a long time.
I can only rank King Piccolo at this time.

Tier 1 (Great) - Baby saga > Buu saga > King Piccolo saga > Shadow Dragons saga
Tier 2 (Good) - Saiyan saga > Black Star saga >= Frieza saga
Tier 3 (Mediocre) - Cell saga > BoG saga >= Super 17 saga > U6 saga
Tier 4 (Bad) - Garlic Jr saga > RoF saga > Black Goku saga > Tournament of Power saga

Note that for Black Goku and TOP i rated their awful anime versions.
Manga versions are better and maybe could even make it to Tier 3 at the very bottom.
Especially ToP saga unless it gets worse. For now it's ok.
