“Battle of Gods” Manga Adaptation

Leading up to its release, Naho Ooishi was responsible for a 12-page “SD” version of the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods film. The story was written and drawn in a style similar to Dragon Ball SD — very close to its original version with cuter characters and a few extra jokes thrown in for good measure. As with the rest of Dragon Ball SD, a general “supervision” credit is given to Akira Toriyama. The chapter was originally published in the April 2013 issue of Saikyō Jump and later compiled into Dragon Ball SD Volume 2.
