Bandai Namco announced today that Dragon Ball XENOVERSE, the latest video game for the franchise, has shipped over 1.5 million units worldwide since its release in February 2015. Shipment numbers do not necessarily equate to sales numbers.

XENOVERSE has remained on the Japanese sales charts for five straight weeks, and according to NPD report data was the #7-selling game in North America for the month of February.
The first (of three currently-announced) downloadable content packs will be released on consoles today at a base price of $9.99 per pack, with a season pass available netting players interested in acquiring all three packs a $5 savings at $24.99.
