Japanese rock band KEYTALK has announced that their upcoming sixth single — “Starring Star” — will take over as the second ending theme song for the Dragon Ball Super TV series beginning 04 October 2015. This will presumably correspond to episode 13 of the series.
Both regular (VICL-37103; ¥1,200) and limited editions (VIZL-887; ¥2,200) will be available 14 October 2015. The title song, “Starring Star”, is said to be “sung with a courageous message to take a step toward your goals and dreams”. Two additional songs will be included on the CD single.
- スターリングスター
“Starring Star” - 鏡花水月
“An Illusion” - summer end
Each edition will come packaged with promotional items for the band’s upcoming music video collection set to be released later in the month. In addition, the first 10,000 copies of the limited edition single will come packaged with a special “pass case”.
The regular and limited edition CD singles are available for pre-order via Amazon Japan.
A CD single for the show’s first ending theme — “Hello Hello Hello” by Good Morning America — was released 12 August 2015. A CD single for the show’s opening theme — “Chōzetsu ☆ Dynamic!” by Kazuya Yoshii — is due out 07 October 2015.

Why can’t they just stick with a theme? I can’t stand how they do this…
Money, money, money. These tie-ups equal revenue (in the form of sponsorships) supporting the show. These days, the typical pattern is one ending theme per cour (calendar quarter’s worth of episodes).
