In my opinion, no. The worst goes to The Dangerous Duo! Super-Warriors Can’t Rest/ Broly: Second Coming. Bio Broly isn't anywhere near the best DBZ movie, but it's not the worst.

I wonder how Funi will handle the "Don't you have a brother, Vegeta?" line. Will they do a simple line change, or will they actually dub and release the JSAT Special? It'd be especially awesome if they played it before the movie started in theaters.
