If Vegeta split him, Kami and Nail and they all trained together...before re-fusing...would that provide a bigger boost to Piccolo overall?
That's about the only way I see that being useful aside from him fusing with literally every Namekian including U6's TOP duo to obtain enough power to keep up.

Re: Could you call Bulma, Chi-Chi, Launch and Videl part of the Z-Fighters?
Personally I wouldn't. Bulma is more vital than 90% of the Z fighters though to the Dragon Team. I adore my human fighters, but Bulma's more important than all of them, Goten, Kid Trunks, Piccolo and even Gohan these days. Chi-chi, Videl and Launch, despite promising starts are kind of just there li...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
But his " ! " reaction did make me wonder if we're supposed to think that he at was at least considering it. If we think about, Piccolo himself was never really thrilled with fusion either, he was just more practical than the saiyans. Maybe the "!" was Nail considering that he n...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
The panel where Piccolo states Vegeta has never been one to misread an opponent's strength...What is Piccolo talking about? ...that's what Vegeta's done exclusively to anyone who isn't Beerus throughout the entire series. It's almost his most defining trait. Good chapter though. Can't Vegeta's new a...

Re: Is anyone else dissapointed that Vegeta doesn’t get a new transformation?
New techniques are infinitely more interesting than transformations IMO. Techniques and attacks tend to be reused later down the line whilst nearly every transformation aside from the latest one immediately become irrelevant. Vegeta getting a new technique will actually serve him as a character bett...

Re: Favorite "non-climax" fight
I completely forgot Buu vs. Basil, which was my favourite non climax battle of Super.
That fight was really creative and fun to watch and served to remind me how entertaining Buu could have been in Super if he wasn't sleeping all the time.

Re: Favorite "non-climax" fight
These sort of battles are what cemented Krillin as my favourite character honestly. Whether it's his tournament showings against Goku, Chiaoutzu, Piccolo and Roshi or even recently with his fight against Yunba in the manga, Krillin's fights tend to be very enjoyable to watch as he is nearly always o...

Re: What is the lamest thing to come out of modern DBZ?
He got a small bone in the TOP arc He was made the team captain, came up with strategies and made a great showing. Hardly what i would a small bone. Strategies half the team straight up ignored(incidentally the half that did best because teamwork really didn't matter as per the norm) and he didn't ...

Re: Which Character from the Main cast would make a great god of destruction?
Piccolo, 17 or maybe Tien if he had the power. You want someone who has destructive tendencies but also understands the importance of balance in the role. Krillin and Gohan couldn't leave their families for this job, and they're both too soft hearted to snuff out lives. Yamcha is too chill to want t...

Re: When should the rematch Goku vs Beerus take place?
Soon I hope. With Jiren being declared stronger than a God of Destruction and Toppo being Belmod's replacement and both Goku and Vegeta being above him by the end of the ToP, Beerus is losing his narrative purpose of power measuring stick. Jiren, as bland as his is, by all rights should be the new t...

Re: Gotenks is by far the most annoying canon character of the entire franchise
Weirdly I don't get the hate for Ribrianne. Even if you don't like her she's a one time character and not someone who needs to reoccur every arc due to living in an entirely different universe and not...you know...living in the same house as the main two fighters of the series. Gotenks' existence is...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Incidentally were there any guidelines as to what the mortal quality refers to? Beerus's line seems to infer something about strength but I find it hard to believe it can be exclusively that as the universes placed above universe 7(all but Universe 9) are mostly filled with fighters that pale in com...

Why was Beerus on the chopping block again? Low mortal count. Do you guys understand the premise of the Tournament of Power? The whole point of them winning that competition is so they're not on the chopping block in the foreseeable future (which, for story purposes, is all that matters). Beerus un...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
As much as that would make sense, that would Beerus to actually have a working sense of foresight. Something that he lacks because of how much of an incompetent asshole he is. Though that can easily cause problems as wishing back a bunch of dead mortals could introduce new threats and keep the plot...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Why was Beerus on the chopping block again? Low mortal count. Easiest solution is to just wish the mortals back so he's never in the position of erasure that got him into the ToP situation in the first place ever again. The top four universes didn't even have to compete or risk erasure, so there's a...

Re: What Would It Take For Krillin, Tien, Piccolo, and Yamcha to Catch up to Goku and Vegeta in a Satisfying Way?
Fusion is probably the easiest established way for the humans to catch up if it's AxB's power. Particularly since the trio of girls who were fighting Roshi somehow all fused into one. Krillin x Tenshinhan x Yamcha fusion would probably be relatively impressive. Alas we probably won't see a non saiya...

Re: What do you think of Goku in Toyotaro's Dragon Ball Super?
He's an improvement over Toei's super incarnation, but he does seem a little more naïve and incompetent at times than Z's Goku. Mind you anything is an improvement over the Goku who forgot the senzu beans, forgot the talisman needed to seal Zamasu after personally planning to use the Mafuba and at o...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
With how Moro has now gone around wiping out what remains of Universe 7's mortal level, maybe it's time Beerus at least gathered up the Super Dragon Balls and wished back every inhabited planet that was destroyed by Frieza, Moro and the Saiyans to get the mortal level back up. He doesn't even have t...

Working out how to get Elder Kai on his side by working out he's a pervert. This is the most socially savvy Goku has ever been. Martial arts wise, probably the underwater kamehameha torpedos against Frieza which was actually pretty tactical, or working out he can fire one from his feet to avoid a ri...
